How We Work
Trifecta Web works differently from other website builders.
We take the time to understand your business—how it started, who you serve, what makes you unique, and the features your website needs, from scheduling and e-commerce to social media integration.
Together, we'll define your brand, craft clear messaging, and create a website that's optimized for search engines and designed to help your business grow.
Trifecta Flat Fee Website
For start-ups & small organizations (5 employees or fewer)*
Up to 5 pages. Typically 4-6 weeks. Package includes:
1-hour Strategy & Planning session to kick off the project
Top navigation configuration (typically 4 pages plus a Contact page)
Polished design that’s on-brand, with an intuitive user experience tailored to your goals. (2 rounds of reviews, plus final round for adjustments)
Site launch: connect the forms, connect to domain name, activate your SS subscription. Google Business Profile and Custom email address setup, if desired. Check for any broken links, create redirects, as needed. Other technology questions you may have can be explored during this meeting with Julia.
Training: tailored specifically to you, this training will allow you to remain the master of your website, making it easy for you to update and expand as you grow.
3-month tech support following launch for all in-scope deliverables.

Squarespace is a solid & intuitive website platform that allows the creation of beautiful and customized websites. It’s an all-in-one service: website builder, hosting, domain name registrar. It also smoothly integrates many common plug-ins, supports numerous features like contact forms, newsletter sign-ups, e-commerce, instagram embedding, blog capability, and more.
All Squarespace sites are secure, responsive, and tend to rank well on search engines while offering the opportunity to create a great user experience.
Squarespace also has built-in analytics solutions that will let you track your website’s performance and the sources of your traffic.

Our Enterprise-Level Websites can be on either Squarespace or WordPress, it all depends on what’s needed, your budget, the level of design control desired, and the specific functionality that will be needed.
